Tucked away in a century-old Bahamian home is a restaurant for food lovers who want more than a memorable meal. Owned by a Bahamian and his Italian wife, Matisse?s artfully prepared Milanese-style cuisine is always superb, and the ambience is special. Prints by Henri Matisse grace the walls. A favourite spot for power lunches and elegant dinners. Outside there is a beautiful courtyard for year-round lunching in the shade or dining under the stars. The menu features appetizers, soups, pasta, pizza, seafood and meat dishes. Save room for tasty home-made desserts such as mango tarts, tiramisu, cr?me br?l?e and more. Tues-Sat 12 noon-11pm. Closed Sun and Mon. Private rooms for meetings or parties. Reservations for dinner strongly suggested.
